Personal Training (One-on-One)

1 hour personal training sessions tailored specifically to your goals. My training system is based on a combination of strength and circuit style training, paired with weights and your own bodyweight. Technique is KEY! I want to teach you how to move your body the right way, gain muscles, lose fat and build a stronger body.

An intimate group training tailored to you, your friends, family, employees or colleagues. A personalised workout of any type of training, at any level will be put together for you and your group. Set your goals as a team, and we will work together to improve upon them. It’s all about winning over your own body and mind, take on the challenge of becoming the better version of yourself and work well as a team.

Sculpt (Female-focused Group Training)

Sculpt is a ladies only bootcamp held bi-weekly outdoors. From strength training, cardio to flexibility, you will be challenged with interval exercises using mostly your own bodyweight, a little help with resistance bands and whole lot of fun partner exercises.

Expect to sweat, burpees, good laughs and to meet some amazing ladies.

We train hard, laugh loud and push eachother to give it our very best!
